VOTING PERIOD: OCTOBER 22 @ 7h00 to OCTOBER 24 @ 19h00

Procedure
- You will receive a letter in the MAIL containing your PERSONAL CODE.
- Make sure you do not throw away the letter from INTELIVOTE
- If you do not receive your pin by mail. Contact Judith or Linda
- Make sure your postal address is up to date with your employer
- All members will vote for executive level positions and site members will vote local Union members
- If you require any assistance prior to voting contact President or Secretary before you proceed
- If there is a mistake on your ballot it can be corrected before you vote but NOT AFTER, it is your responsibility to contact the election president or secretary
If you do not receive your envelope in the mail within the next few days, please contact us from TUESDAY OCTOBER 22:
