But the government is putting so many conditions that few people will see the color of this double time.
These conditions were not negotiated with the union but decreed by the government.
The union is opposed to these decrees, which impose arbitrary conditions that are not in accordance with the collective agreement. For us, these measures on double overtime, like the other COVID bonuses, are discriminatory in their application.
We want to negotiate our working conditions, not have them decreed.
